The HINKTON biological integrated system (Bio-INTS) is an activated sludge process centered on the Simultaneous Nitrification and Denitrification (SND) technology. It achieves high-efficiency removal of BOD and total nitrogen at minimal energy consumption while maintaining continuous-flow treatment.

The Flubio MBBR (moving bed biofilm reactor) is a proven fixed-film or attached growth biological process for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. The technology can be designed to address biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) removal, as well as nitrification and denitrification treatments. This MBBR biological system process provides the smallest footprint, which is tolerant of both load swings and temporary load deprivation.

The Integrated Fixed-film Activated Sludge (IFAS) system represents an advanced hybrid wastewater treatment technology that synergizes biofilm and activated sludge mechanisms. Its core innovation lies in the introduction of biofilm carriers into existing activated sludge reactors, creating a dual-ecosystem of suspended biomass and attached biofilm.
